February 2021 - Construction Update

General Notes:

Project working hours will be from Monday to Friday between 07:00 and 18:00 and Saturday 09:00 to 18:00, except holidays.
Neighbors in Cedar Grove Village should expect elevated levels of noise as well as increased vehicle traffic during the construction period. There will be an increase of activity outside of the construction fence lines as equipment and materials are delivered.
We thank residents for notifying us of construction vehicles improperly turning through the one-way intersection at the corner of Kezia Trail and Farrell Road, additional signage will be installed to deter ingress.

Residents can help facilitate this work and ensure quality and safety for everyone by:

Not entering the site access gates.
Honoring the controlled work zones and do not cross the construction fence lines.
Large trucks will be required to perform work, please watch for trucks, equipment, and construction personnel.
Ensure that any pets kept in backyards cannot escape and enter the project site throughout the course of construction.
