November 2021- Construction Updates

General Notes:

Project working hours will be from Monday to Friday between 07:00 and 18:00 and Saturday 09:00 to 18:00, except holidays.

Neighbors in Dogue Creek Village should expect elevated levels of noise as well as increased vehicle traffic during the construction period. There will be an increase of activity outside of the construction fence lines as equipment and materials are delivered.

Residents can help facilitate this work and ensure quality and safety for everyone by:

Not entering the site access gates.

Avoiding the controlled work zones and honoring the construction fence lines.

Large trucks will be required to perform work, please watch for trucks, equipment, and construction personnel.

Ensure that any pets kept in backyards cannot escape and enter the project site throughout the course of construction.

Work performed during this period will include:

Wood framing (interior/exterior) Roofing and Windows to be completed

Exterior Siding

MEP rough-ins completed on 5 of 11 homes. On-going for all others

Insulation

Drywall

Interior Trim

Cabinets

Flooring materials

Landscape

ADA Sheds and mail pavilion

Parking lot sub-base
