April 2021 - Construction Update

General Notes:

Project working hours will be from Monday to Friday between 07:00 and 18:00 and Saturday 09:00 to 18:00, except holidays.
Neighbors in Woodlawn Village should expect elevated levels of noise as well as increased vehicle traffic during the construction period. There will be an increase of activity outside of the construction fence lines as equipment and materials are delivered.
We thank residents for communicating their concerns relating to large tree piles across the neighborhood. Safety fencing, signage, and security services were brought in by the construction team to ensure the security of the stockpiles until removal.

Residents can help facilitate this work and ensure quality and safety for everyone by:

Not entering the site access gates.
Avoiding the controlled work zones and honoring the construction fence lines.
Large trucks will be required to perform work, please watch for trucks, equipment, and construction personnel.
Ensure that any pets kept in backyards cannot escape and enter the project site throughout the course of construction.
